ENGINEERING
How we take a system to production, and keep it alive.
The engineering layer under the work. For technical co signers and the data or platform buyers who want to see how it is built, secured, and operated.
001 / TO PRODUCTION
From the demo to production.
Production is the deliverable. The integration, the evals, and the operations are part of the work from day one, not a later phase.
We integrate your system with your real data and tools, secure every call with OAuth 2.1 and DPoP token binding, write evals that run on every change, instrument observability end to end, and keep an audit trail you can show a board or a regulator. Nothing goes live without that chain in place.
002 / SECURITY
OAuth 2.1, DPoP, and least authority.
Agents and services talk through tokens, not shared keys. We issue short lived OAuth 2.1 tokens, bound to the connection with DPoP, so a stolen token cannot be replayed elsewhere. Every actor gets the least authority it needs and nothing more.
Secrets live in a vault, never in code and never in logs. Every boundary is guarded by an auth and scope check, and every sensitive decision leaves a trace.
003 / EVALS AND OBSERVABILITY
Evals that block the ship, metrics you can read.
An AI system without evals is a guess. We write eval suites tied to your requirements, run them in CI, and block a ship that regresses. Quality is not an opinion, it is a gate.
In production we instrument traces, metrics, and logs down to the individual decision. When something moves, you see what, when, and why, and so do we.
004 / NPAYLOAD
npayload, and the sense, decide, act, audit loop.
npayload is our own event and agent infrastructure. It is what lets an app sense the outside world, decide what to do, act, and record every step in a hash chained audit trail. Most studios resell a tool. We ship the tool.
Because we built it and we operate it, we can make your system autonomous and prove every decision. The loop is the same everywhere. Sense an input, decide with policy and context, act through a secured tool, then audit the whole thing in a way no one can tamper with.
005 / MCP SERVERS
MCP servers, and how we expose tools to agents.
We design your tool surface by hand, then serve it through an MCP server we host and operate. An agent or assistant discovers your tools, calls them with least authority, and every call passes through the same auth, scope, and audit boundary as the rest of the system.
The result is a surface you can open to outside agents without opening your house. Named tools, typed inputs, predictable outputs, and a trail for every call.
006 / OPERATE
Our operate model, monitoring, incidents, rollback.
Building is half the job. We operate what we build. We watch it, we respond to incidents, and we ship the patches. You do not hire or carry a team to run it.
Every change ships with a rollback. If a deploy goes wrong, we return to a known good state in minutes, not hours, and the audit trail shows exactly what changed. The operating promise is in the contract, not just on this page.
WHY US
We build our own products too.
These are ours. We designed them, we shipped them, and we run them in production. Same platform, same people who would build yours.
npayload
Our platform. It connects the apps you already run and makes any system autonomous. We run it in production.
xupsell
An autonomous Shopify app. It reads the cart and moves on its own. Built on npayload.
xbundle
An autonomous Shopify app. It builds the bundles itself. Built on npayload.
Tell us what you are building.
One call, thirty minutes. You will leave knowing what we would build, how we would run it, and what it costs.
We take four engagements at a time, so there is always someone who knows your system.
